Deal Conditions

• You can avail of your stay only up to the date as mentioned in https://www.thegirlodge.com/ at the time of booking. Your booking, if unused, will expire on this date.
• After you purchase the room night/s, you will have to confirm your reservation with our office, the available room category will be allotted at the particular lodge you desire.
• The room nights you purchase will be 90% refundable within 60 days of purchase under any condition prevailing now or later.
• Part-payment / token advance for any booking is not allowed.
• You may change travel dates to stay only up to the date as mentioned in https://www.thegirlodge.com/ only with a minimum of 04 days advance notice only, if available.
• Any date change within 4 days before the check-in date will not be allowed.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer / promotional rates.
• Resale of room nights to another party are not allowed.
• You can also pre-book extra services such as meals, birding guide, trekking guide, transport services, and safaris (subject to availability) after making your accommodation booking.
