Asian Adventures - India, for 31+ years, has established itself as a pioneer in bringing ecotourism and wildlife tourism in one frame. The following is an overview of how the organisation has transitioned from being a wildlife tourism company to being a major agent in changing the whole wildlife tourism landscape altogether.

4. The Global Wildlife Fair

The title of being one of the most established wildlife tourism companies in the country comes with the responsibility to work towards its enhancement. Keeping the same vision in mind, Asian Adventures conducted the Global Wildlife Fair. The Fair, in its first edition, saw participation from more than 125 countries and was attended by 4500 visitors. The fair not only became the global market for the wildlife tourism sector but also became a conclave where decision-makers, government bodies, and influential personnel came together to decide upon landmark decisions that were related to the environment and the ecotourism industry.

The fair is not just a once-a-year event; it is a process that happens throughout the year. We have online sessions every month where one gets glimpses of the vision of the Global Wildlife Fair. These events are

  • Webinars
  • Panel Discussions
  • Speed Networking Meetings
  • Global Mammal Big Day

5. Earth Walks

No change can be brought about regarding conservation without collective efforts, and hence, Asian Adventures and the Global Wildlife Fair started Earth Walks in May 2024. This is a weekly initiative where an expert, along with the people, explores the urban biodiversity gems in their cities. These walks are focused on birdwatching trails, Amphibian walks, conservation discussions, nature-book reading activity, and immersive natural experiences. Along with making the participants aware of the surrounding ecosystem, they are also introduced to the importance of citizen science, and participants contribute to the official records of the bird list of their respective states. Currently, Earth Walks operates in 4 areas, and more will be added soon

  • Delhi Earth Walks
  • Uttar Pradesh Earth Walks
  • Pangot Earth Walks, Uttarakhand
  • Ahmedabad Earth Walks

6. Indian Wildlife Network Meet

Groundbreaking initiatives have been made in conservation efforts, but the greatest tragedy lies in the lack of coordination among researchers, scientists, practitioners, and media personnel. This leaves the audience absolutely unaware of what is happening around them, and hence, Asian Adventure and Global Wildlife Fair came up with the Indian Wildlife Network Meet, where professionals in the field of wildlife and conservation meet to discuss themes of importance. These discussions lead to not only the coordination of the people but also associating the larger masses with these initiatives, because biodiversity conservation is not just the responsibility of one person; it is a change that can be brought about only when people from every sphere of life join hands and work together towards bringing a change.

These meetings are arranged on a monthly basis, where professionals meet either ‌online or offline and discuss the recent changes that have been made in ecotourism, sustainable travel, or wildlife tourism‌.
